Qualifications

• 20 years of experience in the F&B industry, with a minimum of 5 years in Japanese sweets cafés or dessert-focused F&B brands at a management level.
• Experience managing multi-country F&B operations across Asia with a focus on brand localisation.
• Capability to oversee franchise management for more than 10 outlets.

Responsibilities
