Greenphyto is an agri-tech start-up in Singapore working to make farming smarter and more efficient using automation. We grow leafy vegetables indoors using high-tech systems, helping Singapore reach its goal of producing 30% of its own food by 2030.

As a Farm Assistant, you’ll help run our indoor farm smoothly. This includes keeping the farm clean, supporting the growing process, and helping with daily tasks. You’ll be working mostly with machines in a clean, factory-like environment.

• Cleaning work areas and machines.
• Helping with planting seeds and harvesting crops.
• Preparing plant nutrients.
• Checking that machines and equipment are working properly.
• Keeping the farm tidy and handling waste.
• Packing and preparing orders.
• Receiving and checking supplies; keeping track of inventory.
• Following safety and hygiene rules at all times.

• GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or similar.
• No experience needed – we’ll train you!
• Comfortable doing physical work and using equipment.
• Willing to work indoors, in a clean and controlled environment.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
