Job summary

A leading chemical company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional. The role includes managing full sets of accounts, preparing audit schedules, and filing GST returns. Candidates should have a Diploma in Accounting, at least 2 years of experience, and be familiar with SAGE ACCPAC. Proficiency in Excel and Word, as well as bilingual capabilities in English and Mandarin, are required. Working hours are from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, five days a week, with preference for immediate availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Mature personality required.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts – GL, AP, AR.
• Perform monthly and yearly closings and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare audit schedules.
• File Quarterly GST Returns.

Skills

Familiar with SAGE ACCPAC

Proficient in Excel

Proficient in Word

Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Education

Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
