• Salary up to $3500 [Commission/ Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus (High-Gross)]

• Full time positions

• Junior => Basic up to $2500

• Senior/ Retail Supervisor/ Team Leader => Basic up to $2800

Responsibilities

Retail Sales Associate

• Welcome and assist customers, providing excellent service and product knowledge to create a positive shopping experience

• Handle cashiering duties, process payments accurately, and manage daily sales transactions

• Replenish, arrange, and maintain merchandise displays to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing

• Perform inventory checks, stock-taking, and report discrepancies to the supervisor

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards

• Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and reporting tasks

• Assist in executing sales promotions, campaigns, and in-store marketing activities

• Work closely with team members and supervisor to achieve sales and service targets

Retail Supervisor/ Team Leader

• Achieve assigned sales targets while delivering a high standard of customer service

• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide accurate information to support customer decisions

• Assist customers by understanding their needs, offering appropriate recommendations, and building confidence

• Prepare and manage team roster schedules to support operational requirements

• Handle documentation and administrative work related to team operations

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships and networks

• Conduct stock tally and inventory checks as required to ensure accuracy

Key Requirements

• Relevant experience as retail assistant will have added advantage
