Responsibilities

  • Unload deliveries and check goods against purchase orders.
  • Inspect items for damage or discrepancies.
  • Label, store, and arrange products systematically.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist in stock counts and update inventory records.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Coordinate with drivers and couriers for deliveries.
  • Follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
  • Assemble cylinders and locks and cut/engrave keys.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Warehouse Responsibilities
1. Receiving & Inspection
  • Unload deliveries and check goods against purchase orders.
  • Inspect items for damage or discrepancies.
2. Storage & Organization
  • Label, store, and arrange products systematically.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
3. Inventory Management
  • Assist in stock counts and cycle checks.
  • Update inventory records in warehouse management systems.
4. Order Fulfillment
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in shipments.
5. Logistics Support
  • Coordinate with drivers and couriers for deliveries.
  • Assist in loading/unloading vehicles safely.
6. Health & Safety Compliance
  • Follow safety protocols and use equipment responsibly.
  • Report hazards or incidents promptly.
Workshop Responsibilities
  1. Assembling of cylinders and locks
  2. Cutting / Engraving of keys and locks
Other Responsibilities
  • Assist or take charge of any other ad-hoc projects and/or assignments (Subject to agreement with your immediate superior) which might be assigned by the company
