We want to embark on this by being digitally wired, using data to power our real estate decisions and operations while obsessing ourselves with the human experience.

We are looking for a team player who is obsessed about Digital Technology, problem solving and user experience focus. We are looking for a self-starter that knows how to bring the best of Digital Tools and Data analytics to improve the dynamics of space experiences, services and the systems that encompasses it. CRESA aims to create innovative space experiences that matter and nurturing the mindset amongst others.

The role requires good appreciation of agile project management understanding, but also a good understanding of digital or “phygital” workplace software products and data acquisition tools.

The successful incumbent will assist to support Digital and Data Driven Operations in CRESA & maintain digital products/projects across all CRESA functions covering Space & Occupancy tools, Data instrumentation, employee science data tools and core CRESA digital tools.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • With a focus on IT technical implementation on CRESA Digital Projects, to manage, support and execute works for New Initiatives within CRESA delivering products / outcomes from End-to-End, managing cost to meet target and budget cost and to provide value add to uplift employee / customer experience.
  • Transform CRESA’s real estate portfolio, People & Places management tool, project management, facilities management, sustainability management, employee experience centred services into digital and data products
  • Be part of CRESA Initiative team to deliver latest workplace technology (ie. Video Conferencing system, Meeting Room Booking system, Smart Lockers)
  • Coordinate and work with diverse team of CRESA squad members incorporating software technology, data analytics, mobile and desktop applications and data acquisition tools (i.e. IoT sensors)
  • Deliver best in class software or digital applications to be used by either CRESA or DBS employees and partnering with PeopleTech Platform and DBS Technology teams
Requirements
  • A degree in software technology development, data science & analytics, technology agile project development, workplace technology products would be considered.
  • Candidates with good or applied understanding in dovetailing digital application and data solutions in the built environment or workplaces would be considered highly (i.e. SmartNation, Smart Building and Workplace automation/robotics, Digital collaboration tools(Teams, Webex, Zoom)
  • Generalists with experience in Design Thinking, Agile Coaching or project management, adopt a data and insights first principles in creative problem solving and with greater understanding of employee experience, user experiences or even from hospitality and customer experience sectors will also be considered highly
  • A self-starter, able to communicate effectively and powerfully, analytical thinker with great people skills in managing people and team and stakeholders with a flair for creative and innovative thinking will be an ideal candidate
Required Experience
  • Have minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in IT position.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Expertise in IT management and data governance
  • Preferably have experience or understanding of Cloud technologies, cyber security and office 365 and collaboration products(WebEx, Teams)
  • Good written communication (in English) for reporting to all stakeholders at different levels, ability to convey issues concisely and accurately to all levels within the organisation
  • Strong communicator - Interpersonal skills - ability to build productive working relationships and influence
