We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Wholesale Trade Manager to oversee and expand our wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong business relationships with distributors and retailers, managing sales strategies, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, negotiation skills, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development
    Develop and implement wholesale sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
    Identify and pursue new wholesale business opportunities.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale clients and distributors.
  • Account & Relationship Management
    Manage existing wholesale accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
    Negotiate terms of sales agreements, pricing, and contracts with wholesale partners.
    Handle client issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Operations & Logistics
    Oversee order processing, inventory levels, and timely delivery to wholesale partners.
    Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment.
    Monitor and manage returns, replacements, and customer feedback.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy
    Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
    Provide insights to product development and marketing teams.
    Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Team Leadership (if applicable)
    Supervise and support wholesale sales representatives or coordinators.
    Train and mentor team members to improve performance and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in wholesale or B2B sales management (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
