[West Gov Hospital] Assistant Manager - Finance Costing UP$5.5K #HJA
Responsibilities
- Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders in performing actual cost calculation and pricing on existing and new services/ projects.
- Perform annual cost refresh/ updates on services.
- Work closely with the Project Manager in the rollout of the new costing system with relevant stakeholders.
- Strong understanding in National Costing Guideline and applying it to the services/ various patient settings.
- Part of the dynamic team in improvement projects on actual cost calculation, as well as process and efficiencies.
- Rationalise and formulate pa rice revision proposal in meeting hospital financial sustainability, taking into consideration the patient bill impact.
- Responsible for the execution and smooth delivery of any revisions in prices with all stakeholders.
- Support, review, and implement new MOH policies by analysing the hospital’s requirements, including determining feasibility, cost, time, and resources required.
- Produce concise and value-added reports for regular performance reviews with senior management.
- Provide Business partnering support to Business Units within a growing regional healthcare system.
- Support the annual budgeting cycle, including financial review and analysis.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirement
- Min Bachelor's in Finance/ Accounting
- 3 - 5 Years Experience in Costing/ Budgeting
