What the day will look like

As a Wellbeing Consultant, you will act as a strategic advisor to clients across the APAC region, leveraging deep expertise in corporate wellbeing and human capital consulting. You will lead client engagements that align health and wellbeing strategies with broader workforce and business objectives, delivering measurable impact on organizational performance and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Client Advisory
    • Lead high-impact wellbeing consulting engagements, guiding clients through the design and implementation of integrated health and wellbeing strategies.
    • Facilitate strategic discussions with senior HR and business leaders to align wellbeing initiatives with talent, productivity, and organizational goals.
  • Commercial Growth & Practice Development
    • Manage a pipeline of consulting opportunities and contribute to the achievement of revenue targets across the APAC region.
    • Identify client needs and co-create tailored solutions that drive business value and position the firm as a trusted advisor in the wellbeing space.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Solution Design
    • Analyze complex health, workforce, and organizational data to uncover insights and inform evidence-based recommendations.
    • Translate findings into scalable, actionable strategies that address client challenges in areas such as employee engagement, productivity, and health outcomes.
  • Thought Leadership & Innovation
    • Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, including frameworks, tools, and publications that advance the firm’s human capital consulting capabilities.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in wellbeing and workforce strategy across APAC.
  • Internal Collaboration & Capability Building
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., analytics, benefits, talent, and DEI) to deliver holistic solutions.
    • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability development.
  • Quality & Delivery Excellence
    • Apply consistent consulting methodologies and quality standards to ensure high-impact, client-centric delivery.
    • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met with excellence.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Proven experience in human capital or workforce consulting, with a focus on health improvement, employee wellbeing, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate health data into actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Deep understanding of health and wellbeing strategies, including regulatory frameworks, occupational health policies, and statutory health requirements across APAC.
  • Familiarity with health-related assessments, such as biometric screenings, mental health frameworks, or chronic disease prevention programs.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Asian language.
Preferred
  • Experience working in multinational or matrixed environments.
  • Recognized qualifications in health-related disciplines (e.g., public health, occupational health, health promotion, psychology, or allied health).
  • Familiarity with diverse cultural approaches to health and wellbeing across APAC.
