🔑 Your Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations & Safety

• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the ward
• Maintain a safe, secure, and hygienic environment for residents and staff
• Be alert and responsive to any emergency or safety incident

2. Rehabilitation & Supervision

• Support residents in daily living activities with the goal of building independence, not dependency
• Provide routine supervision and structure to encourage healthy behaviors

3. Programs & Engagement

• Conduct meaningful daily activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Motivate residents to participate and take ownership of their progress

4. Individualized Care Planning

• Contribute to care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Observe and provide regular case updates to the care team

5. Administration & Teamwork

• Keep proper records, reports, and follow emergency protocols
• Work closely with management and colleagues to deliver flexible, responsive services
