Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Lead and supervise warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory control.
• Implement and monitor warehouse KPIs, SOPs, and productivity targets.
• Optimize space utilization, warehouse layout, and inventory flow to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, transportation scheduling, and stock movement.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and investigate variances.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and security standards.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to resolve supply chain issues.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements using technology or automation.
• Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management on warehouse performance and stock status.
