• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience within retail/FMCG or in-house brand environments.
• Experience managing warehouse teams and handling both retail and omni-channel fulfilment.
• Familiar with inventory systems such as WMS, SAP or similar platforms.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members, including in Mandarin when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, stock movement and order fulfilment for retail and e-commerce channels.
• Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse assistants, drivers and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and service levels.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, conduct regular cycle counts and ensure proper documentation using warehouse systems.
• Work closely with retail, e-commerce and merchandising teams to support stock allocation, replenishment and omni-channel processes.
• Maintain warehouse organisation, compliance with SOPs and continuous improvement of operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience within retail/FMCG or in-house brand environments (not 3PL).
• Experience managing warehouse teams and handling both retail and omni-channel/e-commerce fulfilment.
• Familiar with inventory systems such as WMS, SAP or similar platforms.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members, including in Mandarin when required for daily operational coordination.
• Comfortable providing hands‑on operational support when needed.
