Job summary

A logistics consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with warehouse teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of warehouse supervising experience, a diploma or degree in logistics, and proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and WMS. This role supports essential operational functions and contributes to maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff.
• Preferably with experience in 3PL.
• Proficient in using MS Office, Excel, SAP, and WMS.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation)
• To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
• Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
• To tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
• Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report..
• Assist with daily transportation arrangement.
• Assist in any other duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management
• Minimum 1 years experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
• Preferable experience in 3PL
• Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
