Job summary

A well-established recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in the warehouse. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring effective delivery logistics, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Candidates should have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry, hold a relevant diploma or degree, and possess a Class 3 or 4 driving license. Job description

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving inspection of incoming shipments

• Support verification of purchasing invoice

• Ensure systematic storage & rotation of inventory respecting FIFO/FEFO

• Ensure cleanliness and overall warehouse maintenance

Warehouse Management

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of picking list

• Ensure daily deliveries are out as per KPI measurements

• Route planning for delivery personnel and vehicles

• Ensure cleanliness of delivery vehicle

Delivery Management

• Ensure and enforce professional discipline with all reporting staff

• Recommend WSH solutions to address shortcomings in current processes

• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Team Management

• Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent qualification. Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Warehouse Management / Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred

• Minimum 5 years working experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the F&B industry

• Possess valid Class 3 / 4 driving license
