Operations Supervisor (Warehouse/Changi/5.5days work-week)

World Marketing Group (WMG) specializes in crossborder parcel and mail logistics in the Asian region. As a licensed postal service operator, the company has wide commercial and postal networks to facilitate clearance and delivery of eCommerce parcels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high service quality.
  • Managing resources, streamlining processes, coordinating between departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Playing a key role in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.
  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities across departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Plan and monitor the use of company resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to support company objectives and maintain operational excellence.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Prepare operational reports and management summaries for performance review.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance and service goals.
  • Support the management team in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.

This is a 5.5 day work-week based in the East.

Requirements:
