Warehouse Supervisor (Third-Party Logistics)

Role Description

We are looking for aWarehouse SupervisorinSH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. The incumbent will be responsible to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, manage inventory and coordinate jobs with the stack holders.

Responsibilities

1. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
2. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance.
3. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
4. Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
5. Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
6. Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
7. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
8. Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
9. Adhere to statutory / company’s safety and health policies, procedures and regulations
10. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements
