Job Summary

Assist the Warehouse Executive in managing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products and materials while driving productivity, compliance, and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping products to optimize operational flow and team collaboration
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet daily operational demands, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime
  • Collaborate with sales and procurement departments to prioritize and manage incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold cleanliness, organization, and compliance with quality standards
  • Manage and resolve warehouse-related issues or conflicts swiftly to maintain positive employee relations and operational continuity
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to warehouse team members to develop their skills and improve performance
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports on productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy, offering actionable recommendations for improvement
Required competencies and certifications
  • Possess a valid Forklift license (essential for safe and effective warehouse operations)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Studies with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated physical fitness to perform warehouse duties
  • Proficient in PC applications/software to manage warehouse data and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate teamwork and coordination
