Job description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day warehouse operations to ensure smooth receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. You will oversee inventory accuracy, enforce safety standards, and lead your team to deliver operational excellence. This position requires strong leadership, coordination, and attention to detail to support efficient warehouse operations and collaboration with other departments such as Inventory, Retail Operations, and Sales.

Job Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations Management
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
  • Monitor workflow and ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct daily warehouse inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of storage areas.
  • Inventory & Documentation Control
  • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including goods receipt, stock movement, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure inventory levels are well managed, perform regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, and filing systems for audit and tracking purposes.
  • Safety, Compliance & Coordination
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and housekeeping standards at all times.
  • Measure, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to the Warehouse Manager on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate closely with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to coordinate inventory planning and order management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support warehouse and business operations.
  • People Management
  • Build a cohesive and motivated warehouse team by fostering teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.
  • Plan, schedule, and adjust manpower levels to meet daily operational needs effectively.
  • Train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Supervise day-to-day team performance and provide guidance to ensure productivity and service quality.
Requirements
  • Minimum O Level or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
