Responsibilities

• Monitor Day to Day Export General Operations to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Customer Service & instruct third party vendor on Special Handling requirements.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure housekeeping.
• Achieve and identify improvements for warehouse operations.
• Work as a team to ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Ensure safety, security, and quality rules are followed.
• Liaise with internal CS and service providers on operations.
• Manage 3rd party traffic service providers for smooth deliveries.

Warehouse Officer

Working Location: Alps Ave (Changi)
Working hours: 5.25 days, 3 fixed shifts (Day / Afternoon / Night)
Salary: $2500-$3000

Responsibilities

• Monitor Day to Day Export General Operations to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate with Customer Service & Instruct third party vendor on Special Handling requirements for Import & Export to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings in warehouse and ensure housekeeping is done
• Achieve and identify improvements for warehouse operations in accordance with set quality management goals
• Work as a team to ensure daily tasks are completed — coordinate with other logistic companies
• Ensure safety, security, and quality rules and regulations are followed by all staff in the warehouse to achieve full compliance with the company’s requirements
• Liaise with internal CS and appointed service providers on day-to-day Export / Import Warehouse Operations
• Manage 3rd party traffic service providers to ensure smooth deliveries and collections
