Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Working Place: Tuas, West Region, Singapore (On-site)

Working Hours

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm

Saturday: Half-day, 9:00am-1:00pm

Job Scope

• Oversee daily inbound, outbound, and inventory accuracy
• Ensure warehouse efficiency, safety compliance, and 5S housekeeping
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff; plan manpower and shift allocation
• Implement SOPs and continuous improvements (cost savings, space usage, workflow)
• Coordinate with HQ, Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics teams
• Monitor key KPIs: picking accuracy, OTIF, stock variance, fulfilment lead time
• Handle cycle counts, annual stock take, and liaise with auditors
• Manage vendors: transporters, 3PL partners, equipment service providers
• Ensure proper maintenance and usage of all MHE (forklifts, pallet trucks, racking)
• Proficient in WMS/ERP, data analysis, and root-cause reporting
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with local authorities and regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience (Preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, electronics, or trading)
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Solid understanding of safety, forklift usage, fire regulations, and compliance
• Strong inventory control skills: cycle count, variance analysis, RCA
• Good communication in Mandarin and reporting skills; able to work with China/HQ teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities for bottlenecks, delays, and peak seasons
• Hands-on attitude - must be active on the warehouse floor
