Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company located in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with GMP procedures. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in GMP warehouse management within the pharmaceutical sector, possessing strong communication skills and the ability to adapt and integrate resources effectively. This role includes managing inventory, supporting audits, and coordinating with logistics partners.

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. 1. Responsible for warehouse management and build/lead a team to set up the GMP procedure and carry out daily operations of the warehouse in strict accordance with the procedure.
  2. 2. Responsible for the materials/semi-finish goods/finish-goods receiving/dispatch/storage in the warehouse. And ensure that all activities comply with cGMP and the company's quality, compliance and EHS policies.
  3. 3. Manage inventory accuracy, track stock levels, and perform regular audits to maintain compliance and reduce discrepancies.
  4. 4. Responsible for initiating, tracking and closing loop warehouse related quality events (CAPA/DV/CC, risk assessment, etc.).
  5. 5. Responsible for customer and regulatory audit for the warehouse, answer relevant questions, and formulate corrective measures for the audit findings.
  6. 6. Responsible for managing third-party logistics company, coordinating the transfer of vehicles and materials.
  7. 7. Work azon other leaders at the site to support the manufacturing team and quality team to deliver client projects and solve related technical issues.
  8. 8. Complete the temporary work assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  1. 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of related working experience, especially GMP warehouse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Good communication and coordination skills, clear logical thinking, and resource integration ability.
  3. Excellent learning ability and adaptability, able to.' think proactively and self-motivated.
  4. Good service awareness and team spirit, able to respond to the needs of internal customers quickly.
