Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound parts movement including receiving, binning, picking, packing, and distribution.
• Maintain warehouse operations: bin location setup, stock checks, shelf-life monitoring, and Kaizen activities.
• Support logistics and transportation for intra-company transfers and emergency parts supply.
• Perform warranty parts collection, storage, disposal, and reporting.
• Manage parts supply via DMS for various workshops and monitor inventory status.
• Operate company vehicles for daily deliveries and ad hoc transport tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams on special requests, audits, and reverse logistics.
• Ad hoc duties and support at other branches as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound parts movement including receiving, binning, picking, packing, and distribution (IBT/ILT/JIT, trader sales, events, 24/7 roadside support).
• Maintain warehouse operations: bin location setup, stock checks, shelf-life monitoring, and Kaizen/housekeeping activities.
• Support logistics and transportation for intra-company transfers, depot coordination, and emergency parts supply.
• Perform warranty parts collection, storage, disposal, and reporting.
• Manage parts supply via DMS for various workshops (e.g., SDPC, SDBC, ECC, PDI), and monitor inventory status.
• Operate company vehicles for daily deliveries and ad hoc transport tasks (if licensed).
• Coordinate with internal teams on special requests, audits, and reverse logistics.
• Ad hoc duties and support at other branches as assigned.

Qualifications

• Forklift and Class 3 Driving Licenses are added advantages.
