Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient distribution activities. Qualifications

Warehouse Lead (Fix Afternoon Shift OR Night Shift/Basic $3.7K, Gross $4.5K)

Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation.

To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.

Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.

To tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.

Support team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report.

Assist with daily transportation arrangement.

Assist in any other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management
• Minimum 1 years experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
• Preferable experience in 3PL
• Proficient in computer skills i.e., MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
• Comfortable with afternoon shift
