Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for incoming/outgoing of items received are in good working condition, and keep track of all products with shelf life and flammable goods
- Perform and maintain 6S standards within the warehouse & comply with all warehouse safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.
- Pick & Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack products from inventory according to the order invoices for technician usages.
- Monitor Stock Levels: Regularly update the Manager on stock levels and notify them when inventory is low or requires replenishment.
- Unload & arrangements of items: Efficiently unload products from lorry and to ensure proper handling, arrangements and storage.
- Assisting in stock count and ensure discrepancy is reported.
- May be required to drive to collect parts at central warehouse, where required
- Facilitate the processing of warranty claims, and ensure inventory accuracy through proper labelling, storage, and cycle count activities.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure warehouse are clean, safe, and well‑organized.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Requirements :
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or secondary education with relevant warehouse operational experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing operations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Possess valid forklift license & class 3 license
- Familiar with 6S and safety practices in warehouse environments.
- Team player with a responsible and positive attitude.
- Able to carry box about 5kg to shelves
- Working in non‑air‑conditioned environment.
- Able to work 5.5 days

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly first point of contact, welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression
- Manage walk‑in customers by issuing queue numbers using the QMS system
- Handle customer enquiries professionally, both in person, in email or WhatsApp and over the phone
- Answer and direct calls, reply messages, and provide accurate information
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Administrative Support:
- Perform admin duties including data entry, filing and receipt management
- Assist with preparing billing, update records and general administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all claims, invoices and receipts.
- Perform simple admin tasks such as file uploading, image renaming for warranty claims.
- Support the team with ad‑hoc duties when needed
