お仕事内容
  • You will be responsible for stabilising and improving warehouse operations, primarily supporting Japanese corporate clients.
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and on-site activities.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are well understood, implemented, and consistently followed on the shop floor.
  • Supervise and manage local warehouse staff (direct reports: fewer than 10, mainly Malaysian staff).
  • Handle Japanese client communications, including service quality control and complaint management.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements, including cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support monthly and quarterly operational reporting.

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with on-site staff.
  • Native‑level Japanese proficiency (required for close and frequent communication with Japanese clients).
  • Comfortable handling Japanese customer requirements and expectations.
Preferred
  • Experience with freight forwarders, warehouse operators, or manufacturer logistics functions.
  • Experience in SOP implementation, operational improvement, or cost optimisation.
  • Working‑level English communication skills.
  • Prior work experience in Singapore or multi‑national environment.
