Job summary

  • Conduct quality inspections for incoming and outgoing goods and oversee proper stacking of commodities.
  • Verify receipt documents, perform goods counting, and complete handover procedures with delivery personnel.
  • Assign storage locations, maintain custody records, and update location numbers.
  • Adjust and control inventory levels based on sales demand and ensure timely goods distribution.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation, perform regular stocktakes, and provide inventory reports.
  • Enforce warehouse safety standards.
  • Manage packaging and auxiliary materials to ensure accurate stock records.
  • Handle packaging of materials and finished products, update sales on packaging status, obtain shipping details promptly, and complete shipment tasks.
  • Support production with auxiliary tasks such as cable cutting, label printing, and heat‑shrink tubing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Requirements
  • ITE Graduate or GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years in a manufacturing experience or equivalent.
