Job Summary

As a Warehouse Assistant at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This full-time position is based in Singapore and involves supporting smooth warehouse operations through accurate material handling and inventory management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials to support smooth production operations
  • Receive and inspect raw materials, tools, and components from suppliers to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and report discrepancies promptly
  • Organise and store items in designated locations based on type, usage frequency, and safety requirements
  • Issue materials to production departments according to job orders and production schedules
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders to prevent production delays
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements using ERP or inventory management systems
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, especially when handling hazardous or sensitive materials
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality control teams to support operational needs
  • Assist with the disposal or return of defective, damaged, or obsolete items following company procedures
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock records
  • Strong organisational, record-keeping, and multitasking skills to manage warehouse activities efficiently
  • Ability to operate a forklift or other material handling equipment (Forklift license or certification preferred)
  • Basic understanding of production workflows and material requirements to support timely issuance
  • Knowledge of safety procedures for handling chemicals or heavy machinery parts to maintain a safe work environment
Other Information
  • Work schedule: 5 days/week (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Salary: Up to $2,500
  • Transport subsidy: $3.50 per attendance day
  • Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) provided
