Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support order fulfilment, picking, packing for accurate and timely delivery of goods
• Support shipment loading & unloading activities
• Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Plan delivery routes and coordinate with internal and external customers on delivery
• Work with various departments to resolve warehouse operation related issues
• Ensure Workplace Safety procedure are fully compiled
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
• Assist in data collection and reporting
• Compile and update SOPs for the warehouse
• Project manage process improvement initiatives and ensure project becomes sustainable and updated within business continuity plans
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant area of study in the supply chain field and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Good team player with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP experience is an added advantage
• Forklift experience is an added advantage
