A restaurant waiter must be a versatile person, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a focus on providing excellent service and driving the restaurant’s success. This position reports to Restaurant Manager.

1. Greet and welcome guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner. 及时高效地迎接和欢迎客人、接受订单并提供食品和饮料。
2. Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. 提供优质的客户服务，及时回复客户的询问并解决任何问题。
3. Maintain a knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions. 全面了解菜单，包括配料、准备方法和搭配建议。
4. Take orders accurately and efficiently, using a point-of-sale system. 使用销售点系统准确高效地接受订单。
5. Serve food and beverages, ensuring that orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner. 提供食品和饮料，确保订单正确及时地交付。
6. Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including tables, chairs, and floors. 保持干净整洁的就餐环境，包括桌椅和地板。
