Qualifications

• 1-5 years experience in wafer fab manufacturing is preferred.
• Interest in Wafer Fabrication Manufacturing.
• Have completed at least 1 CIT type improvement project.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of production planning.
• Translate production goals into daily and weekly targets.
• Maintain optimized RTD rules for maximum production capacity.
• Track and update MFG indices and daily fab focus.
• Analyze potential roadblocks to fab performance.
