Our client is looking for an experienced cybersecurity leader to strengthen its information security and cyber resilience for the transit and digital payments business.

As AVP / VP, you’ll partner closely with senior management to drive the organisation’s security strategy — balancing business enablement with risk management, and ensuring full compliance with MAS and other regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• Shape and implement enterprise‑wide security and cyber resilience strategies
• Advise senior management on emerging threats, governance, and regulatory developments
• Oversee cybersecurity operations – threat intel, incident response, IAM, and vulnerability management
• Drive audit readiness, regulatory compliance (MAS TRM, PDPA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001)
• Embed security‑by‑design across cloud, infrastructure, and payment platforms
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of cybersecurity professionals
• Champion innovation in automation, AI/ML threat detection, and continuous monitoring

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Security or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in IT & cybersecurity, including 5+ in leadership
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, GCIH)
