DBS’ Private Banking offers a one‑stop, full‑service touch‑point for total banking requirements and provides the highest level of personalized banking. We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client’s needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long‑term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.

This role will support the Head of Family Office in executing the strategies and delivering on new business initiatives to cement DBS’ pole position as the Go‑To‑Bank for Family Offices.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Head of Family Office and other key stakeholders to develop and execute innovative wealth planning structures and solutions leveraging the DBS Multi Family Office Foundry VCC (DBS MFO).
  • Support the operations of the DBS MFO, including launch of new sub‑funds, processing dividend requests, winding up of sub‑funds and complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive and implement initiatives to position DBS Private Bank as a trusted and transformative impact partner to clients, which may include collaborations with DBS Foundation and other philanthropic ecosystem partners, capacity and capability building efforts and events.
  • Support the development and delivery new service offerings for family offices and UHNW clients, including family governance and Next‑Gen services.
  • Support the Head of Family Office in managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, industry associations, business partners and clients.
  • Monitor market trends and developments in the family office space and provide regular updates and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and marketing activities for the family office business including organizing events and publications.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably with exposure to wealth management and private banking.
  • Candidates with legal, regulatory or philanthropic qualifications and experience will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Willing to learn and take on operational tasks, where required.
  • Proven track record of delivering high‑quality results and solutions in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
  • Self‑motivated, innovative and willing to challenge status quo, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Curious and willing to deep dive into new trends and themes, including in the impact space.
