  • Plan, implement, and manage volunteer programmes and activities to support nursing home residents.
  • Recruit, onboard, and engage volunteers; ensure retention and recognition.
  • Monitor and evaluate volunteer performance, maintain records, and update the volunteer database.
  • Organize and coordinate programmes/activities that address residents’ social needs.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
Requirements
  • Degree or Advanced Diploma in Social Work, Gerontology, or Service Sector disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore.
