Job summary

A vibrant hospitality venue in Singapore is seeking a Security Ambassador responsible for ensuring safety and security of the venue. The role includes monitoring guest lists, crowd control, conducting safety checks, and engaging with guests. Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Possess PLRD license.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods.
• Must communicate clearly in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Exceptional grooming habits.

Responsibilities

• Monitors guest list and dress code.
• Checks identification and spots IDs.
• Creates a safe environment for team and guests.
• Watches the crowd and diffuses disputes.
• Conducts safety checks for illegal contraband.
• Attends to incidents and reports them.
• Conducts patrols on-premises.
• Engages with guests to answer queries.
• Ensures VIPs are closely guarded.
• Liaises with police and emergency services.
