Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced product manager in CBG Regional Deposit and Secured Lending (DSL) team. This role will be responsible for guiding and driving strategic priorities for CBG DSL across multiple products that are market nuanced; CASA, FD, Mortgages, Auto, Gold, Loan against Property & Wealth Lending. The successful candidate will drive new product initiatives, guide markets in pricing & focus on growing portfolio balances and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the execution of business strategies to drive sustained growth and optimize the management of the deposits and secured lending portfolio across key markets.
  • Proactively manage and enhance day-to-day product profitability, accelerate balance growth, maintain superior portfolio quality, and maximize productivity.
  • Cultivate strong collaborative partnerships with local DSL teams across various markets to deliver high-impact initiatives and strategically shape their product portfolios.
  • Collaborate closely with Risk Management Group (RMG) Credit to meticulously review and refine credit programs, ensuring alignment with overarching business strategies while proactively mitigating emerging risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in deposits and secured lending product management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a strong understanding of product profitability will be essential.
  • A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements pertinent to the financial industry will be a distinct advantage.
