As the VP Digital Customer Solutions, your role purpose is:
- To play a key role to manage drive and drive the deployment and utilization of Digital Customer Solutions across Express APEC countries.
- You will lead a team of regional Directors, Program Managers & Analysts, working closely with both Global / Country IT and Regional / Country Commercial teams to deliver new capabilities, manage the deployment and delivery of solutions required to support business functions in APEC.
- Responsible to cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key Business & IT stakeholders (Global, Region, Country) - ensuring seamless alignment to the Express IT strategy.
- You will be responsible for driving the short and long-term business priorities for Digital Customer Solutions in APEC, developing the regional strategy to acquire & grow revenue, deliver reusable shipping and integration solutions.
- Responsibilities include yearly planning, budgeting, obtaining financial approval, setting regional/country targets and managing large complex Digital Customer Solution initiatives within the region.
- Act as a mentor and coach to senior directors, directors & senior managers, fostering a mindset of a high performance team.
Key Tasks:
- Responsible for the deployment of Global & Regional Digital Customer Solution Programs across APEC countries.
- Change management & Training of Country IT teams to support implementation of global and regional Digital Customer Solution programs.
- On-time and on-budget delivery of projects to deliver new IT capabilities and solutions across APEC countries.
- Provide guidance to APEC countries on Global SOP, business processes changes & automation to improve productivity and meet customer requirements.
- To support business winning new opportunity through offering of value added IT solution.
- Represent APEC Region, Country IT, Country DCS and and Regional BIT requirements on Global programs.
- Keep abreast with latest development in Business Processes and Operations Technologies in the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Relevant professional certificates - Prince2, PMI and/or ITIL
- At least 15 years of experience across multiple disciplines, including Program Management, Technology Change Management, Relationship Management
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner and influence cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization
- Proven hands-on experience of delivering major programs in a global/regional capacity managing large number of stakeholders and cultures
- Experience in running a Business Technology department delivering business, technology and customer experience that is aligned to business goals
- Experience in successful integrations enabled by IT
- Excellent team player with strong written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility, and ability to adjust course to align with changing stakeholder expectations
