We are in the hunt for a highly driven, motivated and aggressive Vendor Partnership and Procurement Manager to join our highly talented team in a fast-growing startup at the early stages of growth.

Responsibilities:

Vendor Partnership

  • Develop long term relationship with vendors to.
  • Engage with vendors to communicate Flex long term strategies and the benefits as a vendor to Flex.
  • Collaborate and discovery journey with vendors for future plans and latest industries development.

Procurement Operations

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for medical consumables and products, optimizing supply chains to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring proper storage and stock monitoring,.
  • Oversee logistics arrangements to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Evaluate and expand vendor sources to diversify supply chains and minimize risks.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Lead vendor selection, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations, aligning vendor performance with project goals.
  • Establish new vendor relationships and evaluate their performance to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Draft and review contracts for management approval, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Resource & Budget Optimization
  • Monitor procurement budgets and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Analyse procurement data to identify trends and recommend improvements to policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Possess initiative, able to work independently
  • Strong communications skill and organising skills, ability to multi-task
  • Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
