Job summary

A leading beverage company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to manage vending machines and drive sales. Responsibilities include maximizing profitability, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper functioning of machines. Candidates must possess a valid Class 3 driving license and be able to work independently as well as in a team. This role requires attention to detail and physical fitness.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3) is a MUST.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Maximize sales revenue and profitability of all vending machines and routes assigned
• Deliver and replenish vending machines/dispensers according to the execution and operating standards
• Meet daily vending machine coverage by adhering to the daily route planning schedule
• Maintain intended product planogram and vend prices as prescribed based on cluster and machine type
• Collect money from vending machines and keep receipts for settlement at end of each working day
• Keep accurate stock count for each machine before and after replenishment
• Ensure vending machines are clean and in good working condition
• Ensure all payment instruments – coin & note acceptors and cashless terminal – are functioning
• Update product dummies, communication decals, shelf and price labels
• Perform minor vending machine repairs or adjustments if required
• Ensure vending machine technical faults are duly notified to the CDE team
• Responsible for up-to-date daily correct system updates through SFA handheld units
• Maintain effective and open communication with Vending Supervisor/Manager
• Explore vending machine placement opportunities at strategic locations that help grow sales revenue and profitability
• Liaison with the CDE team for new machine installation
• Under direction of Supervisor, providing cover for colleagues' routes when deemed necessary
• Ensure any areas of customer dissatisfaction brought to your attention are immediately notified to your Supervisor/Manager
• Ensuring company vehicles are kept clean and tidy
• Attending team meetings at suitable periods
• Attending training courses when necessary

Job Requirements

• Passionate, self-motivated, energetic and physically fit
• Able to work without or with minimum supervision, but as part of a team
• Basic electrical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools
• Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3) is a MUST
• Official working time is 8.15am to 6pm (but can be flexible as long as able to meet/exceed targets)
• Sat/ Sun may be required to work
• Able to manage time effectively
