Job Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/IT, Engineering or equivalent.


• Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in UX Research


• Must have experience in user research principles, methodologies and deliverables including Designblueprints, journey maps, and process flows


• Must have experience in designing quantitative research, data leveraging from CSAT, Surveys, andAnalytics to triangulate findings


• Experience in design and prototyping tools – Figma, Adobe Creative Suite


• Experience collaborating with Product, Tech Teams and Business partners


• Strong understanding ofProduct Design process and emerging technologies


• Good to have experience working in Agile environment


• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
