Overview

We are seeking a talented and self-driven Singaporean UX/UI Designer to join our client team for a 1 year contract under agency payroll.

The candidate should possess strong skills in requirements gathering and be experienced in conducting client workshops alongside Business Analysts to effectively collect and clarify project requirements, proficiency in design tools, excellent communication & presentation skills, strong ability to work independently and translate complex requirements into innovative and user-friendly designs.

Work location: Connection One – Bukit Merah

Salary Range: Up to $10000

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements through workshops.
• Facilitate client engagement sessions to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
• Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centered interfaces.
• Maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Work independently through all phases of the design process, from concept to delivery.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate to refine the user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX/UI design.

Requirements

• Singaporean only (Need to clear G50 clearance and pre-employment check before onboarding)
• At least 8 - 10 years proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating independence in project delivery.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and conducting client workshops.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Ability to translate user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs
• Understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their implications on design
