We’re looking for a UX Researcher on behalf of our client to uncover user needs and turn insights into better digital experiences. You’ll conduct research, analyse data, and work closely with product and design teams to inform decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and A/B testing.

  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights.

  • Translate findings into clear recommendations for product, design, and business teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of UX research experience.

  • Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative methods.

  • Experience synthesising data into insights that drive product decisions.

  • Familiarity with UX deliverables like journey maps, service blueprints, and flows.

  • Comfortable using tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to Have

  • Background in Psychology, HCI, Service Design, or related fields. Trainings, or certification in service design, UX design, or related design fields.

  • Experience with advanced quantitative methods.
