What you will be working on:

As a UX Designer, you will work with a cross functional team of product manager and engineers and will be ultimately responsible for product outcomes. You will lead through influence and use hard evidence, credibility and relationships to create stakeholder alignment.

  • You will conduct user research to ensure the customer’s voice is incorporated into the design process, and work closely with product management and engineering to ideate and build products that will have a positive and lasting impact on the organization
  • This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy mapping out service journeys, identifying opportunities for bold improvements, and believes in experimentation and iteration alongside a like‑minded team to make a positive impact on the workplace.
