JobResponsibilities

• End-to-EndDesignOwnership:Drivethefulldesignprocessfromdiscoverytodelivery,ensuringcohesive,user-centeredexperiencesacrossapps,platforms,anddevices.
• Research&Synthesis:Partnerwithresearcherstotranslateuserinsights,marketanalysis,andbehavioraldataintocleardesigndirectionsandopportunities.
• RapidIteration&Validation:Createwireframes,interactionflows,andhigh-fidelityprototypes.Usetesting,userfeedback,anddatatoiteratequicklyandvalidatedesigndecisions.
• AI&FutureExperienceExploration:DesignandprototypeAI-enhancedinteractions,quicklyexploringandintegratingnewAIideastoimproveworkfloworproductexperience.
• GlobalCollaboration:Workwithdesigners,engineering,andbusinessstakeholdersacrossSingapore,Taipei,andShanghaitoensurealignmentandsmoothdelivery.

JobRequirements

• ProvenworkexperienceasaUserExperienceDesignerorsimilarroleand/orfromtherelevantindustryispreferred
• Strongportfolioshowcasingdesignthinking,interactiondesign,andproblem-solvingincomplexoremergingtechnologycontexts
• Proficiencyinmoderndesignandprototypingtools(e.g.,Figma,Adobe,ProtoPie,orsimilar)
• Deepunderstandingofuser-centereddesign,interactionpatterns,andaccessibilityguidelines(e.g.,WCAG)
• InterestorexperienceindesigningAI-drivenexperiences
• Excellentcommunication,teamwork,andstorytellingskills,especiallyincross-functionalandcross-culturalenvironments
