Job summary

A leading gaming company in Singapore is seeking a User Acquisition Lead to drive user acquisition and market growth across Southeast Asia. You will own performance marketing strategies, localization, and payment infrastructure to enable scalable user growth. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in mobile growth marketing, a strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets, and proven skills working with payment service providers. This role requires a data-driven approach and the ability to work in a high-velocity, remote-first team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in mobile growth marketing or performance user acquisition, preferably in gaming or social apps.
  • Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and mobile user behavior.
  • Proven experience working with PSPs and local payment integrations (e.g., e-wallets, QR, local bank transfers).
  • Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a high-velocity, remote-first team.
  • Familiar with ASO and basic SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute user acquisition strategies across various ad platforms.
  • Localize campaign strategies based on country-specific insights.
  • Lead A/B testing and creative iterations.

User Acquisition Lead
Objective

Drive user acquisition and market growth for Lobah Play across Southeast Asia. Own performance marketing, localization strategy, and payment infrastructure expansion to enable scalable user growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute user acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other regional ad platforms.
  • Localize campaign strategies and creatives based on country-specific insights and user behavior.
  • Lead A/B testing, creative iterations, and funnel optimizations to reduce CAC and increase ROI.
  • Work with product and data teams to align user acquisition with onboarding and retention flows.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard local Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to improve payment success rates.
  • Oversee integration with PSPs and coordinate across product, engineering, and legal teams.
  • Analyze and report campaign and payment performance across markets; iterate based on KPIs.
