Tool Maker (Junior / Senior)

Job Scope

• Manufacture and assemble 3D stamping tools, ensuring they meet design and dimensional requirements.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing worn or damaged tools.

• Work with Design and Production teams to improve tool design for easier manufacturing and maintenance.

• Conduct tool try-outs, adjust settings, and optimize press parameters for quality parts.

• Verify tools against drawings and inspections, and maintain tool history and maintenance records.

Job Requirements

• Technical Certificate or Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Precision Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience with progressive stamping tools.

• Able to work 12-hour shifts as required (vice versa).

Mechanic - (5.5 days work week)

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems for light and heavy vehicles.

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and component replacements according to manufacturer guidelines.

• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle faults efficiently while maintaining safety standards.

• Maintain accurate service records and ensure all maintenance work is properly documented.

• Assist in workshop operations and support team members on both on-site and off-site repairs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in repairing Continental or Japanese vehicles.
