Job description

Technician (4334 / Morning and Night Shift rotating) - Up to $2,700 + AWS

Woodlands and Admiralty (one way pick up from MRT to workplace)

• Perform and ensure that assembly builds and tests are completed as scheduled and according to required specifications, drawings and work instructions.
• Support gas panel building, including initial stage of pallet assembly, leak check and integration, followed by the final stage of functional test and final QC inspection.
• Perform housekeeping and comply with manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocol.
• Must be able to work in a team.
• Have a Quality and Productivity mindset.
• Work in cleanroom environment.

Requirements

• NITEC/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent with 1 to 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Applicants who do not possess the above will be considered on individual merits
• Able to comprehend schematic/ mechanical drawing
• Capable of independently carryout assembly of <2 Processes on Platform.
• Experience in Gas Box, Panels assembly for the Semicon Industry and the various applications preferred
• Rotating shift day/ night once a quarter or once in 2 quarters
• 3-4 / 4-3 shift pattern

Material Handler (5.5 working days / Monday to Sat half day) Up to $2,200 + AWS

• Remove shipped materials from delivery vehicles
• Examine receiving documents for storage destination
• Pull stored materials for orders and move to production or shipping area
• Document information relating to receipt, storage, or distribution of materials
• Package materials
• Perform cycle counts
• Use computers system to locate material
• Work with direct supervision
• Work in AC environment.
