A leading engineering services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to oversee daily maintenance operations and manage service operations for lift and escalator systems. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in engineering and at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in the lift industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to ensure service quality and profitability through effective management of daily operations.
Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure service teams perform effectively and escalator breakdowns are minimized.
Manage day-to-day service operations, ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and workplace safety standards.
Monitor call-back rates and sick units, implementing corrective and preventive measures to enhance system reliability and performance.
Handle customer complaints by driving timely follow-up actions, conducting regular inspections and site visits to ensure service fulfillment and customer satisfactio
Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and external service providers.
Perform cost analysis and track parts and manpower utilization to ensure profitability remains within target margins.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the lift industry, with solid knowledge of lift and escalator systems; experience in customer relationship management is an advantage.
Mature and customer-focused professional with a balanced and pragmatic approach.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills across all levels of stakeholders.
Self-motivated achiever with a proven drive for results.
