Responsibilities / Duties

• Implement project changes and resolve team conflicts.
• Attend site meetings with contractors, consultants, architects, and clients.
• Monitor construction progress and follow up on progress claims.
• Liaise with site staff, supervisors, and suppliers.Handle ad hoc duties as required.

Job Specifications / Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Min 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of written, verbal, and graphic instructions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good team player with strong communication and customer focus.
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and with high initiative.
