What you'll be doing

• Providing on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of medical and healthcare equipment and systems
• Conducting routine maintenance and preventative service on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborating with customers to understand their technical requirements and develop customized solutions
• Providing training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical and healthcare technology
• Documenting and reporting on all service and maintenance activities
• Liaising with the sales and product teams to provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements

What we're looking for

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a service or application engineering role, preferably within the medical device/healthcare industry
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of medical and healthcare equipment, systems, and technologies
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
