Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from prototype to mass production.
• Work closely with R&D, Process, Test, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product transition.
• Analyze engineering change requests and coordinate design validation, qualification, and release activities.
• Review and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and yield improvement.
• Evaluate product performance data, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage BOM, documentation, and process flow for product release and revisions.
• Support FA (Failure Analysis), reliability testing, and engineering evaluations when required.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and manufacturability.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in NPI or Product Engineering, preferably within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience in FA, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, and 8D problem‑solving methodologies.
• Familiar with process flow, assembly, and testing processes for semiconductor or electronic products.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a cross-functional environment.
